Absolutely rediculous, I'm trying to get my 86yr old dad this app for his phone as the virgin media cheapo remote stopped working and takes 3 days!!!! to replace. A brilliant idea, a remote for your phone, but no for some wierd reason to stop people breaking into people's houses and downloading this app to control the TV there's loads of security steps including account number, area code??? etc etc. All entered and unable to find account, so useless is the best description I can use
A smoother user experience than earlier versions, works well for me, always good to get what you sign up for 👍

No matter how many times I try to log in with the correct details it continually says it is the wrong username or password. It is not.
Shocking beyond belief. Won't let me 'get shows' to record them and does not show up my 'main' virgin box at all, nor does it let me change or update the source. Putting it mildly this app is shoddy...I would score it less if I could
